Italian and French, Sonia has a diploma from the generalist engineering school INSA in Lyon.
Sonia started her career in Italy working for Colas Rail on the Bologna-Firenze TGV line as project engineer. In addition to her operational functions, she particularly helped the company to build local partnerships and recruit local teams in the context of a first contract win in Italy.
Upon her return to France, she joined an international HR Solutions company as a consultant on engineering and industry sectors and actively participated in the creation of an executive search firm, offering expertise especially to big names in the energy, automotive, aeronautic, rail, defense and infrastructure sectors.
Sonia joined Odgers Berndtson in 2013 as the Head of Industry & Infrastructure practice for France and is also active in Italy. Since 2019, she also leads the energy transition & new mobility practice.
